Veolia is seeking experienced Trade Assistants to join the Veolia team on a project located in the Kurnell area. Please note that these are local based roles and not FIFO.

What you'll be responsible for

Assisting tradespeople to prepare surfaces using abrasive blasting and high-pressure water blasting along with mechanical methods.Area setup and cleanup activitiesLearning and developing painting and blasting skills by assisting qualified and experienced tradespeople.Ensuring quality workmanship on all jobsDrive the 'Always Safe' Culture

What you'll need to be successful

Experience within construction or blue-collar roles; concrete remediation experience highly regarded.Current drivers licenceA strong mechanical aptitudeStrong communication skills and willingness to develop new skillsCommitment to maintaining safe work practicesAbility to work both in teams and independently
