  • About the Role

    • Curtin University's Digital Experience team is on a mission to craft world-class digital experiences that inspire and empower future students. As the Digital Experience Implementation Lead, you will oversee the successful delivery of large-scale digital projects, ensuring they are executed with precision and impact.

    Reporting to the Deputy Director, Digital Experience, you will manage a Digital Projects Coordinator, working with a large cross-functional team in implementing UX best practices, optimising digital platforms, and aligning digital strategies with business objectives. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing the customer journey and driving digital innovation with our agency partners and senior stakeholders.

  • Your responsibilities will include
  • Lead and coordinate digital experience projects from initiation to completion on the Curtin Website
  • Influence and adopt digital and martech roadmaps to optimise the experience for prospective students
  • Work with the Digital Experience team to prioritise the effective delivery of core business activities alongside project deliverables
  • Work with stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Admissions to name a few) to prepare business cases, project briefs, and governance frameworks
  • Oversee backlog refinement, sprint planning, and project releases
  • Champion emerging digital solutions that enhance the university's online presence
  • Ensure digital engagement platforms are optimised for lead generation and data capture
  • Support integrated digital marketing campaigns and ensure seamless execution
