Maintenance Quality Inspector

In partnership with Land and Housing Corporation, Ventia are seeking a

• Maintenance Quality Inspector
• to join our team in Southern Sydney. You will be responsible for inspecting completed maintenance works in line with Contract Maintenance Work requirements.

• What you'll be doing
• Perform regular inspections with our tenanted properties across Southeast Sydney in accordance with the audit schedule.
• Identify defective works and non-conforming work practices so that timely and appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Contribute to the ongoing training of operations staff & subcontractors through participation in toolbox meetings, workshops and other related activities.
• About you
• Relevant experience in building, construction site management or quality inspection.
• Ideally, you'll have / had a trade qualification or relevant experience - not essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Sound computer skills.
