THE WORK :

We are seeking experienced Control Systems Engineers to successfully execute and deliver process control system engineering services.

For the successful candidate the position will offer the opportunity to join a dynamic team developing leading solutions in Process Control PLC SCADA Safety Telemetry and Industrial IT.

HERES WHAT YOULL NEED :

3 years experience with industrial control systems design programming and implementation

Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field

Expert knowledge of control system programming languages (ladder logic structured text function block etc.)

Hands-on experience with multiple PLC brands / platforms (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens Schneider etc.)

Knowledge of industrial network / communication protocols (Ethernet / IP Profibus Modbus etc.)

Excellent documentation skills with ability to create functional specifications drawings manuals FAT and SAT documents etc.

Experience with instrumentation / field devices wiring terminations

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Practical Site experience of automation systems (commissioning and fault-finding experience essential)

Schneider M580 Programming will be highly regarded.

Preferably from mining chemical utilities water natural resources or power industries

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / PROFESSIONAL SKILLS :

Strong communication skills for facilitating design reviews

Well-developed interpersonal skills

TUV Machine Safety and TUV Functional Safety are an advantage

Supervisory experience is an advantage
