• About the Role

Due to the acquisition of new contracts and continued business growth we have an immediate requirement for an Administrative Officer to join our client on a 3 month contract based in their Logan Central office.

• An overview is the below;
• Complete office and administration duties including maintaining registers, issuing and ordering for cab charge and corporate credit card
• Assist Procurement staff in procurement duties such as assist with preparation of tender

documents, tender request preparation, maintenance of the Tenders section of Council's webs and undertake minor purchases via purchase order or credit card.- Update and maintain records, databases to ensure all informations are accurate

• About You
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make prompt and reliable decisions within allocated responsibilities
• Demonstrated high degree of literacy and numeracy
• Ability to draft accurate business letters and memos
• Can work either with a team or independently
