A bit about the role…
The BUSY Group are contracted to deliver ADF Transition Support Services and as such, the primary purpose of this position is to provide career coaching and associated individualised job transition package recommendations to transitioning Eligible Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members from their military to civilian life.
This position will work closely with transitioning ADF members to provide advice and guidance on upskilling for a current job, cross skilling into roles within their current occupation or transitioning to a new occupation, including providing recommendations for training and education pathways and options.
This role is permanent full time, based in Perth.
