Building Asset Officer - Fire Safety

Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for Asset Officer – Fire Safety.

Contract : 3 months

Competitive hourly rate : $45 - $55 p / h + Super depending on experience

Responsibilities :

• Coordination of Essential Services contracts including the annual Fire Safety Statement, Emergency Lighting, Hose reels, Sprinklers, Hydrants, Exits Signs and Evacuation plans.
• Update database for works and details including, status, costs, timeframes and source to ensure records are kept current and accurate
• Review / Audit, monitor and input relevant data into the Asset Database
