The Service Manager at Sustain Care is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to NDIS participants. This role combines operational management with strategic business development to support the company's growth and maintain compliance with NDIS regulations.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Client Management
- Oversee client intake processes, including initial assessments and goal setting
- Ensure personalised care plans are created and regularly reviewed
- Manage communication with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
- 2. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS framework
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including support coordinators, healthcare providers, and community organisations
- Represent Sustain Care at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
- 3. Operations Management
- Coordinate staff rosters and manage day-to-day operations
- Implement and maintain quality management systems
- Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and standards
- 4. Financial Management
- Oversee invoicing and ensure timely billing
- Monitor budgets and financial performance
- Identify areas for cost optimisation and efficiency improvements
- 5. Team Leadership
- Supervise and support staff in service delivery
- Facilitate ongoing training and professional development
- Foster a positive and participant-focused organisational culture
- 6. Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the development of Sustain Care's strategic goals
- Analyse market trends and adapt services to meet changing participant needs
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
- Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive knowledge of the NDIS and disability sector
- 5+ years of experience in business development or operations management, preferably in the healthcare or disability services sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in relevant software and NDIS management systems
This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational management to drive Sustain Care's growth and ensure exceptional service delivery to our participants.
