Our Fed Gov Client is seeking 2 Salesforce Administrators for contracts of 12 months + 12 month option.
They are undertaking a major program of work involving multiple projects spanning a number of current industry-leading technologies, including Salesforce as a core component.
Duties includeObtain a detailed understanding of the organisations complex business processes and rulesAll aspects of user and license management including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups and sharing rules.Exhibit a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build or troubleshoot automated processes such as Flows using declarative toolsWork out of a Level 2 support queue, investigating tickets and support requests raised by usersPerform interrogation of various log sources to investigate issuesDevelop and maintain documentation on processes and configurationUndertake data analysis, data loading and reportingWork within an Agile delivery methodologyRequired skills & experienceMore than 2 years' experience within Salesforce eco-systemCertified Salesforce Admin / Certified Platform App BuilderStrong problem solving and trouble-shooting skillsDemonstrates enthusiasm towards continued learning and developmentWillingness to learn and support new technologies including Salesforce Industries Omnistudio (Vlocity)Hands on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments (desirable)EligibilityMust be an Australian citizen
