Job descriptionDuties include Obtain a detailed understanding of the organisations complex business processes and rules All aspects of user and license management including new user setup / deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups and sharing rules. Exhibit a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build or troubleshoot automated processes such as Flows using declarative tools Work out of a Level 2 support queue, investigating tickets and support requests raised by users Perform interrogation of various log sources to investigate issues Develop and maintain documentation on processes and configuration Undertake data analysis, data loading and reporting Work within an Agile delivery methodology Required skills & experience More than 2 years' experience within Salesforce eco-system Certified Salesforce Admin / Certified Platform App Builder Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued learning and development Willingness to learn and support new technologies including Salesforce Industries Omnistudio (Vlocity) Hands on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments (desirable) Eligibility
12 months + 12 month option / Fed Gov

Our Fed Gov Client is seeking 2 Salesforce Administrators for contracts of 12 months + 12 month option.
They are undertaking a major program of work involving multiple projects spanning a number of current industry-leading technologies, including Salesforce as a core component.
Must be an Australian citizen
