What You'll Do :
As our Venue Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our restaurant. Here's what your day-to-day will look like :
Lead the Team : Inspire and manage our amazing staff, ensuring everyone's on their A-game.
Customer Delight : Make sure every customer has a fantastic experience, from the first bite to the last sip.
Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations, from the kitchen to the front-of-house, keeping things running smoothly.
Financial Savvy : Manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive sales to keep our restaurant thriving.
Stock Superstar : Handle ordering and inventory, ensuring we're always stocked with the freshest ingredients and coolest drinks.
Safety & Compliance : Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations.
Hands-On : Jump in wherever needed, whether it's helping with a busy shift or resolving a guest's concern.
Report & Communicate : Keep daily reports accurate, conduct shift briefings, and stay in regular touch with our area manager.
What We're Looking For :
Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
Solid understanding of food safety standards and compliance.
Great communication skills, both in person and via email.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
