  • Ongoing opportunity available + the creation of a talent pool for future temporary and ongoing vacancies
  • Location negotiable across NSW with main offices in Parramatta, Newcastle, Wollongong, Bathurst, Orange, and Coffs Harbour
  • Generous salary available and ranges based on experience from $79,032 - $86,539 plus superannuation and annual leave loading

    About You

    To be successful in this role you will be an exceptional communicator, who has the ability to actively listen to others and respond with understanding and respect, keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do. You will bring your customer experience expertise to the table, and you won’t be afraid to share your own ideas and challenge our processes.

      Valuation NSW is supported by the Office of the Valuer which :

    • sets the standards and policies for the land valuation system for rating and taxation purposes and the determination of compensation in the compulsory acquisition process;
    • monitors and assures the quality of the valuations undertaken by contractors and third parties;
    • completes complex land valuations;
    • maintains confidence in the integrity of the valuation process; and
    • provides professional leadership and stewardship to the valuation industry.
    • Valuation NSW is supported by the Office of the Valuer General NSW which is administratively aligned with the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.
