We are seeking a highly driven Systems Support Officer to join the Systems Administration team in the development, maintenance and support of complex IT infrastructure and platforms across the Parliament of Victoria.

About the role

We have an ongoing full-time opportunity on offer for a customer-focused, highly motivated and experienced Systems Support Officer to join the IT Department at the Parliament of Victoria.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will build, maintain and improve operating systems, computing platforms and infrastructure to support the operation of business solutions for the Parliament of Victoria. The systems administration team, together with the network engineering and cyber security teams, is responsible for ensuring high availability and security of the data centre, cloud, and workstation environments.About you

Your expertise or willingness to learn across multiple technologies will play an important role in enabling the current and future technological business strategies for the Parliament of Victoria.

You have experience or exposure in managing and understanding cloud and hybrid environments which may include :

• M365 services
• Office 365
• Endpoint Management
• Active Directory
• InTune
• SCCM / Config Manager
• VMWare
• Commvault
