Job descriptionSutcliffe Meats, you will have the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills within the Butchery industry assisting in the below tasks, but not limited to : Work closely with the team to learn all aspects of a becoming a successful butcher Provide exceptional service to our valued customers Ensuring that meat recipes are followed properly during preparation Cut, trim and shape standard cuts of meat to size Assemble and operate mincers, grinders, mixers, patty-forming or sausage forming machines Work Environment you must be either an : Australian Citizenship Australian Permanent Residency New Zealand Passport Holder residing in Australia for more than six months
