About The Role

This role is responsible for the ongoing day-to-day network activities with a focus on the implementation of customer network change requests, project design involvement, installations and be mentored to assist Senior Network Engineers as required.

About You

3+ years of technical experience in deploying and supporting network technologies. Proficient in multi-protocol route / switch network environments. Demonstrated experience in deploying and supporting wireless networks using Cisco and Aruba wireless solutions. Experience with Datacenter deployments for large enterprise clients. Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong, productive relationships with both clients and internal teams. Working within a Project Management Framework. Competent working within an operations environment, providing 24x7 rostered support. Skilled in using and understanding troubleshooting methodologies. Experience working within a well-defined ITIL process framework. Desirable : CCNP, SDWAN, Cloud Networks, CCNA Wireless, ACSA, ACMA, JNCIA, JNCIS-SP, Routing & Switching, network authentication / authorization. Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Citrix Netscaler experience.
