The Opportunity

Bhagwan Marine is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer based in the Perth CBD office. The successful person will join our finance team to achieve deadlines and maintain accurate data integrity with Company systems.

Responsibilities

Manage debt collection, ledgers, and account reconciliations.

Maintain accurate client records and resolve billing discrepancies.

Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure timely invoice payments.

Prepare invoices, statements, journals, and support month-end reporting.

Ensure compliance with audit, tax, privacy, and internal control policies.

Perform administrative tasks and provide team support as needed.

Requirements :

You'll have at least 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Pronto experience (desirable).

Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work to strict timelines / deadlines with speed and accuracy.
