Senior Recruitment Consultant at Paxus | ICT | Defence and Federal government Two Senior Test Analyst roles Starting from 1 July 2025 12 months + 2 X 12 months NV1 Clearance About the role The Senior Tester plays a key role in ensuring software quality by leading the design and execution of system testing to validate performance, functionality, and user experience.

You will have extensive experience in testing software or systems, writing test plans and cases, executing tests, reporting issues, validating fixes, and ensuring quality assurance. You will have a proven track record of managing and delivering system testing outcomes for diverse stakeholders within technical and cross-functional environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting test strategies and plans to ensure the quality and functionality of IT systems, focusing on both legacy platforms and modernized solutions.

Key responsibilities Test enterprise-grade software applications built using .NET, Dynamics CRM, React, Java, and Oracle technologies. Create and contribute to automated test suites using Playwright automation or equivalent tools. Work effectively in an agile environment, contributing to SDLC processes. Prepare test plans, write and execute test cases, create test data and reports in Azure DevOps. Manage defect life cycle and reporting. Design and implement advanced automation scripts for regression testing, preferably using TOSCA. Collaborate with development, business analysis, project management, and other teams for seamless integration and delivery. Take on additional responsibilities related to strategic planning, stakeholder management, and process optimization as needed.
