Key Responsibilities

• Provide well-informed advice in relation to program decisions and opportunities through thorough analysis and information gathering from diverse sources. Use experience to analyse what information is important and how it should be used. Lead and co-ordinate change and communication activities by creating, delivering and embedding organisational change through communication and engagement activities to facilitate a positive transition experience for staff. Develop and maintain appropriate change and communication artefacts, including the preparation of project documentation for example : analysis and options papers, stakeholder and communication plans, and organisational change management plan, training, presentation and communication materials. Deliver information and communication to internal stakeholders and support training, as needed. Lead and facilitate a range of collaborative internal networks across both Departments, key business areas and other relevant stakeholders to gather information, deliver, monitor and support all aspects of the delivery of key activities. Lead and facilitate an external stakeholder working group in relation to change to facilitate co-administration, including the preparation of materials and presentations, facilitating discussions and documenting decisions and feedback for the Program to consider and / or action. Monitor and report on progress of change and communication activities to ensure program timeframes and deliverables are met. Develop performance frameworks, analyse information and data to assist in monitoring and evaluating the effects of change and communication activities. Monitor and report risks, provide advice on remediation strategies and implement risk management controls where appropriate. Provide high level support to the Director and Manager, Queensland Worker Screening Program, as required
