Join to apply for the Physiotherapist role at Metro South Health Rehab@Home are looking for several Physiotherapists to join their Redlands team. The Rehab@Home service is a multi-disciplinary, time limited community service providing rehabilitation, restorative care and urgent maintenance level services to clients including Transition Care Program within the Metro South at Home.

About The Role

Manage an allocated workload to deliver physiotherapy services, within the Rehab@Home Service including assessment, intervention and evaluation within an interprofessional team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice and ethical standards and under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of senior staff.Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to physiotherapy decision making under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of senior staff.Manage an appropriate caseload using effective time management and prioritisation skills, including clinical and non-clinical responsibilities and the maintenance of accurate patient records and documentation.
