• THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a highly successful property developer who are looking for a high performing Sales Associate. The role will include database calling, sales support and weekend work as a display suite host, showing through clients and providing impeccable customer service.

The role will include but is not limited to :

• Conducting Open Homes / Display suite host (weekend work included)
• Handling Buyer Enquiries
• Managing the Database
• Property Research
• Negotiating with Buyers
• Phone Prospecting
• building and pest inspections
• Providing general support to Sales Executives
• ABOUT YOU
• Proven experience in sales administration and / or customer service
• Excellent verbal / written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service ethic and focus
• Good interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Immaculate presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Sound understanding of and experience with CRM systems
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
• Ability to operate with mínimal supervision
• Current real estate certificate is required for this role
