Our Solution Sales Executive team in APAC is seeking an experienced solutions sales professional to lead Jira Service Management sales in South East Asia. Reporting to the Head of Solution Sales Executive- APAC, you will identify and close new business, drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management, and collaborate with the Go-To-Market team to develop long-term relationships with top enterprise customers across Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue for Jira Service Management in SEA.Define and communicate a clear vision for your territory, providing regular updates on pipeline, account status, resource needs, challenges, and successes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Enterprise Advocates, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product—to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Represent Jira Service Management at industry events and conferences.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management in Australia.Work closely with Atlassian partner management and directly with partners ranging from large IT service providers to various sales and service firms.Be the first hire of the Solution Sales Executive team for Jira Service Management in SEA.QualificationsOn your first day, you'll be expected to have :
At least 15 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets in technology sales.Experience in the ITSM market and familiarity with mainstream service management solutions.Experience working with SEA customers and local SI partners to respond to RFPs and RFIs.Ability to make independent decisions and drive co-sell and GTM campaigns with Atlassian teams and channel partners in SEA.Fluency in English.ITIL certification is a plus but not mandatory.Benefits & PerksAtlassian offers a range of perks to support you, your family, and community engagement, including health resources and paid volunteer days.
