We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a results-oriented Assistant Asset Manager (Retail) to work within our NSW Property Team. We have offices based in both Surry Hills and Bella Vista and work flexibly. The purpose of this role is to provide professional and proactive management of Woolworths Property retail assets to maximise value for Woolworths.
The Woolworths Property team is accountable for all property undertakings of the Woolworths Group and exists to "provide comprehensive, proactive property solutions to support the existing retail businesses and their future growth". The Asset Management function is part of the Woolworths Property team and is responsible for the management, leasing, lease administration and disposal of the property assets owned or controlled by Woolworths.

As an Assistant Asset Manager, your main responsibilities will be to provide professional and proactive management of Woolworths Property retail assets to maximise value for Woolworths. Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager Retail, you will be supporting the asset management of Woolworths retail assets, including shopping centres and other retail property, to maximise asset performance, total returns and long-term value.
