Job descriptionCasual Sales Team Member PANDORA Shellharbour is currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Casual Retail Assistant to join our team. If you are a proactive sales professional who enjoys delivering world-class service and you are excited to join a high performing team then we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities include Delivering exceptional customer service experience to our shoppers. Supporting changes and maintaining visual merchandising, as requested by the Store Manager. Resolving customer concerns proactively, consistently and professionally. About You Ability to achieve sales / KPI targets and goals At least 18 years of age Excellent communication skills Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced, sales driven environment - our stores especially during peak periods are busy with queues A positive, "can-do" attitude, an individual who enjoys as working as one part of a successful team Full availability including late night and the ability to fill in shifts as a cover Hours are variable - we can only offer minimum hours during off peak time and maximum when we have promotions or in holiday periods THE REWARD
