Identity Engineer

Job descriptionManage and maintain enterprise identity services, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across identity platforms to meet service level agreements. Conduct regular testing, validation, and documentation of identity services and processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure identity solutions are fit for purpose and compliant with industry best practices. Ensure identity platforms adhere to security, vulnerability, and access management standards. Participate in platform improvement initiatives and provide after-hours / on-call support as required. Support strategic initiatives related to identity services and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. 3+ years of experience in a similar role Experience with CyberArk, Secrets Management, PAM and IAM Previous experience managing enterprise IAM platforms Hands-on technical skills combined with the ability to provide advisory support Strong understanding of privileged access management and workforce / customer identity environments Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain critical identity services Excellent collaboration and communication skills Commitment to maintaining security standards and compliance requirements om.au — we’d love to hear from you!

You will play a key role in ensuring the secure, efficient, and sustainable operation of identity platforms, covering privileged access management, workforce identity, and customer identity environments.
