Team Leader

• Position : Team Leader, Trampoline attendants, cafe / barista, party hosts, gymnastic / cheerleader / parkour coaches
• Qualifications
• A minimum of six months' experience in customer service
• Appropriate athletic ability to stand and move continuously over long periods of time.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing attitude.
• Sales experience is essential.
• A strong motivation to build and develop the business consistently
• Accountability for all actions within the arena.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in cash handling, EFTPOS, and basic cash flow management.
• A First Aid Certificate from a nationally recognized training provider.
• A current Working with Vulnerable People Check, valid in your state.
• A commitment to ensuring customer safety.
• The ability to effectively manage customer complaints.
• A dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
