This is a permanent f ull-time role, working Monday to Friday, Shifts run from 8 : 00AM – 4 : 00PM.Buderim Meadows is a contemporary village situated within walking distance to retail shops and a quick drive to Maroochydore's Sunshine Plaza.

Joining the team promises a fulfilling experience, allowing you to enjoy the satisfaction of assisting our friendly residents and work within a supportive team environment.The Gardener will be required to deliver general lawn, garden and property maintenance, ensuring the village is properly kept for the enjoyment of the residents.Working under the guidance of the Village Manager, you will execute all gardening activities such as : Maintenance of common garden areas including mowing, whipper snipping, weeding, pruning, picking up leaves / rubbish, green waste management, and tools / equipment maintenance.As you will be working alongside our residents, a customer-service focus is essential, along with a genuine interest in assisting the elderly.Who You AreThe successful candidate will have the following : Demonstrated competence as a Gardener – weeding, pruning, planting, mowingExperience in General Maintenance worksUnderstanding of machinery use and tools required for the jobHigh organisation skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks whilst working independentlyKnowledge of Environment, Health and Safety legislationCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceLevel 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one).A genuine interest in assisting the elderlyCompetitive hourly rate with opportunities for continuing developmentA supportive and friendly work environment.The chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.4x Wellbeing Days (one per quarter).
