Operations - Operations Manager

Your key duties will include :

• Ensure smooth running and efficient management of front office, administration, property management and sales office
• Supervise and offer ongoing support, guidance to Administrator / Receptionist, marketing and sales support duties
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Co-ordination of events and meeting management for the office
• To conduct and ensure compliance for HR, payroll, sales settlements, trust accounts and general accounting (as specified by the Licensee)
• Action client invoices and supplier payments
• Maintain Office Licence, Compliance and Policy and Procedures
• Calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties, to coordinate a variety of tasks / appointments and meetings

Skills and Experience :

• Four years experience in an administration / management role
• Efficient and have a high attention to detail
• Competent computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Value a work / family balance
