Retail Manager

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Retail Manager to join our team! As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations and managing store's staff.

• Duties and responsibilities
• Plan and implement the overall store strategy.
• Achieve maximise profit through effective cost control
• Ensure that a standard of excellence is mainatined, in terms of customer service and support care.
• Work with store security guard to investigate any suspicious activity.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability while remaining competitive within the fuel station market.
• Train and evaluate store employees.
• Create a healthy and enjoyable store work environment.
• Develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Use the appropriate software to keep track of inventory losses.
• Suggest new operational strategies to improve store's performance and productivity.
• Work with analyst to review profit and loss figures.

• Qualifications and Experience
• Must have AQF Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor level qualification in Business Management, Retail Management or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Retail Management, preferably in the fuel or hospitality industry.
• Salary
• 65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
