We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Retail Manager to join our team! As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations and managing store's staff.
- Duties and responsibilities
- Plan and implement the overall store strategy.
- Achieve maximise profit through effective cost control
- Ensure that a standard of excellence is mainatined, in terms of customer service and support care.
- Work with store security guard to investigate any suspicious activity.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability while remaining competitive within the fuel station market.
- Train and evaluate store employees.
- Create a healthy and enjoyable store work environment.
- Develop relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Use the appropriate software to keep track of inventory losses.
- Suggest new operational strategies to improve store's performance and productivity.
- Work with analyst to review profit and loss figures.

- Qualifications and Experience
- Must have AQF Advanced Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor level qualification in Business Management, Retail Management or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Retail Management, preferably in the fuel or hospitality industry.
- Salary
- 65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
