    • About the role
    • You must absolutely LOVE dealing with customers and be passionate about offering an amazing, unforgettable first class customer experience. You will enjoy building relationships to convert customers into long term she wear ambassadors and brand loyalists.

      This position is based at our HQ in Northgate and will be during general business hours, however some Saturdays will be required.

      This role will commence as part time (approx 2-3 days per week) with the potential opportunity to move to full time.

    • Duties
    • Offer impeccable customer assistance in our retail store / showroom and on virtual fitting appointments
    • Develop a strong product knowledge base and become a fit expert assisting customers with specialised fit enquiries and concerns
    • Inventory management such as stock reporting and ordering
    • Process returns and manual orders for retail, wholesale and corporate customers
    • General administration duties and projects as directed by our Founder and General Manager
    • Assist other team members when required, eg. dispatch or marketing
    • Attending functions and events
    • Rotating after hours roster for social media and chat queries
    • You will
    • Be passionate about customer service and absolutely love dealing with, conversing and assisting people by offering a positive brand experience
    • Have a minimum 2 years of demonstrated retail, customer service or online customer care experience and a personal ethos to provide a great customer experience (preferably in an e-commerce or fashion environment)
    • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to craft professional and articulate written correspondence
    • Be comfortable and confident dealing with people in both in-person interactions and online communication
    • Be a problem solver with the ability to make recommendations and decisions with mínimal supervision
    • Be highly organised and efficient with strong time management skills
    • Have an impeccable eye for detail
    • Have a sunny disposition with a "can do" and motivated attitude
    • Have excellent computer skills
    • Be able to work autonomously, as well as be a great team player
    • Have experience with Shopify, Gorgias and inventory management systems (highly regarded)
