Join us as a casual Training Consultant where you will play a pivotal role in extending ASAs footprint and reach for neurodiversity awareness and true inclusion for organisations across Australia.
Representing ASA and our lived experiences youll leverage your expertise to advocate and promote engaging content facilitate workshops and provide resources that enable seamless transitions and sustained organisational improvement.
Our neurodiversity at work training program will thrive on your ability to connect and present with passion to audiences online and in-person to share through our stories the values and benefits of true inclusion and to facilitate and draw from quality discussions with individuals and groups as they workshop ways to build the ideal neuroinclusive work environment for their new and existing employees
In this role you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design and deliver innovative training solutions that will build awareness and empower others to look within challenge stigmas and enhance processes as well as support the integration of new ways across their organisations with a neurodiverse flair.
