One Full Time Contract Administrator Required
We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our growing team at Punjab Logistics Pty Ltd in Gregory Hills, NSW to play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Completing contract reviews and negotiating variations with each of the clients
- Preparing, reviewing and submitting monthly and quarterly reports concerning the contracts to clients and senior management
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Managing all aspects of contract administration, including procurement, variations, and claims.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
- Collecting and analyzing data associated with contracts undertaken, and reporting on contract progress and outcomes
- Proactively identify and manage contract risks to meet organizational obligations and achieve the planned outcomes of the contract
- Liaise with senior management to ensure goals are being met.
- Respond to enquiries, resolve problems and build relationships with clients

GOOD SALARY PACKAGE (1,45,000 + Super)
