- Learning and Development Coordinator

- This is a pivotal role in supporting our internal employees' professional growth, skill enhancement, enhancing performance and adhering to compliance.

- Flexible can work from any one of our APM Melbourne sites_
- Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ES Leadership teams to identify training needs and provide learning and development solutions
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into APM
- Organise and facilitate training sessions both in person and virtually
- Manage the learning management system (LMS), including content creation, updates and user support
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, surveys and metrics to continually improve programs
- Research and implement best practice in learning and development to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in DES Employment Services, including detailed contractual understanding
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in learning management systems and MS Office suites
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
- Positive energy and ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to demonstrate initiative whilst working autonomously
- Flexible to travel across locations during the week
