Video Editor & Content Producer

The Marketing Operations team plays a pivotal role in ensuring we are getting the best out of our significant marketing operation. They are focused on driving an efficient and effective marketing delivery process that produces high performing marketing assets at speed, along with supporting operational efficiency across the marketing department.

• What you will be responsible for
• Drive the creation of impactful video content across our diverse brand portfolio, ensuring innovation and excellence in every project
• Conceptualising, planning, producing, and editing videos in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Produce engaging content tailored for a wide range of online and offline advertising platforms, optimising for maximum engagement
• Lead regular ideation sessions to develop innovative concepts that align with key business initiatives
• Provide insights and propose new creative concepts that elevate business performance
• What are we looking for?
• Ideally 10+ years of experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of work
• Expertise in pre-production, video creation, editing, and post-production processes
• Proficiency with industry-standard equipment and software
• Relevant qualifications in Film Production, Communications, Marketing or a relevant field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and visual storytelling
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
• Adaptability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong initiative, creativity and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and as part as well as within a large, dynamic team
• Desirable
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial services products and services and direct response principles
• Experience or familiarity with accessibility standards
