As the Store Management team, you'll collaborate with each other to ensure an exceptional customer experience, lead our team, and oversee daily operations.

- Support and develop the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment.
- Lead, develop, and manage your team to achieve sales targets, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain high standards in pizza preparation and kitchen operations.
- Conduct relevant ongoing training and performance management.
- Handle customer feedback and provide solutions within a timely manner.
- Manage food stock levels, quality control, waste reduction, and receiving deliveries.
- Conduct temperature checks, ensuring cleaning protocols are adhered to.
- Manage organisation and cleanliness in all work areas.
- Contribute to and manage daily cleaning schedules.
- Uphold high standards across food hygiene, safety, quality, and preparation.
- About You
- To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria :
- Experience in leading a team within a high-volume retail or hospitality
- environment.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Ability to look ahead, energise your team and deliver with pride.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Pay : $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
