    • Responsibilities
    • Assist in identifying, implementing and managing cultural, inclusion and diversity strategies as well as any other programs as required across the business.
    • Assist with implementing and supporting buddy programs.
    • Interface culture with client interactions at various sites, government premises and partner bodies / communities.
    • Participate in cultural activities such as Naidoc, Nameless Festival and any other cultural, inclusion and diversity activities.
    • Act as a Mentor and escalate cultural issues involving relevant stakeholders in decision making.
    • Establish and foster positive and constructive relationships with Mentees.
    • Review Cultural behaviour training, goals and objectives with Mentee.
    • Serve as a role model, teacher, advisor and advocate.
    • Skills and Experiences
    • About you
    • Certificate IV in Leadership and Mentoring or equivalent
    • Passionate about supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
    • Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, organisations, histories, and the strengths and issues facing Indigenous people in Australia meeting their aspirations
    • High level interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work and engage with Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander communities and staff
    • Ability to coach, inspire, encourage and motivate others
    • Ability to take direction and provide regular data entry, reporting and feedback as required
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal
    • Well-developed computer skills
