This role supports the smooth operation of our kitchen and plays a key part in maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.Shift Coverage : 5 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM dailyCasual hours, varying days per week (flexibility required)Key Tasks : Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, work areas, fridges, and freezersAssisting with basic food preparation tasksMaintaining cleanliness and order in all kitchen areasPutting away and rotating stockWashing floor surfaces and removing garbageAdditional Responsibilities : Ensure safe food storage and minimise wastageSupport chefs during service periodsFollow workplace hygiene and safety proceduresReport any maintenance issues promptlyUphold cleanliness and organisation at all timesWhat We're Looking For : Positive, can-do attitudeGood communication and teamwork skillsReliable and available for evening shiftsHospitality or kitchen experience (preferred but not required)Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
