The Customer Solutions Team Leader plays a critical role in leading the Customer Solutions Team and supporting the sales and account management functions. By delivering and supporting the team to create accurate, efficient, creative, innovative and aspirational programs that enhance customer satisfaction and maximise our conversion of the events, group travel and venue finder opportunities.

What you will be doing :

Lead and motivate the team by delegating tasks, providing coaching, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability to achieve organisational goals Contribute to the customer solutions strategy Developing client and supplier relationships Ensuring successful delivery of RFP's and quotations including research, accurate and compelling content Support in the proposal build stages and budget creation Supplier engagement, innovation and negotiation

What you will bring to the role :

Experience in events industry / group travel industry in Operations and Account Management A desire to move into a key leadership role Sound knowledge of procurement, product and market trends and negotiating skills Technical proficiency with CRM and data analysis High proficiency in MS Office Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
