Whats the role
Youll be leading the charge on one of our strategic transformation programs within the COO Risk Transformation team. This Sydneybased role is all about bringing people together simplifying processes and delivering real impact. Youll guide a stream of work from planning through to delivery working with passionate teams and senior stakeholders to make change happensmoothly smartly and with purpose.
What do I need
- Previous experience managing large projects (ideally within a bank or risk environment)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills
- Confidence managing budgets risks and resources
- Experience working with external partners and suppliers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
