This is a full-time position located at Shell Cove, NSW, within one of Australia's largest quarries. As the Compliance and Admin Process Supervisor at Bass Point Quarry, you will be a key part of the site management team, ensuring compliance with operating consents and licenses, overseeing financial and business processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Your ResponsibilitiesEnsuring compliance and monitoring of operational consent and environmental protection licenses.Assisting the quarry manager and supervisors with safe and efficient operations, including health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance.Compiling and tracking monthly production and costs aligned with production plans and budgets.Completing month-end operational reports.Supporting high-level administrative tasks such as HR, customer and community engagement, and procurement.Qualifications and ExperienceTertiary qualification in Environmental, Finance, Mining, Civil Engineering, or similar.At least 3 years of experience as a compliance manager or similar role.3 years of experience as an office manager.Practical experience in a similar role for 3 years.Experience as a business analyst in mining or quarrying is desirable.About Heidelberg MaterialsWith over 4,000 employees across 300 sites in Australia, we produce a wide range of construction materials, including concrete, aggregates, and recycled products.
