Job descriptionCustoms Supervisor - Air Customs Broker - Ocean Customs Broker - Air Customs Classifier - Ocean Customs Classifier - Air (Fixed Contract 12mths) Customs Compiler - Air Tasks & responsibilities Reporting to the Customs Manager, you will work alongside our Customs Brokerage team and provide service excellence to ensure all customer requirements are met Providing technical advice to both internal and external customers Develop effective relationships with internal / external customer base Respond to customer inquiries and follow-up to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction Provide timely and accurate assistance to internal / external customers in writing and / or verbally Support / Monitor / Maintain product classification database for customers To operate within the required performance standards Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience working with Customs Tariff Having completed or currently attending Certificate 4 in Customs Brokerage preferred Strong Excel knowledge Knowledge of relevant legislation for Customs & Quarantine Strong Customer Service skills Strong communication skills (oral & written), highly service orientated Ability to prioritise Customs Broker licence where applicable

- Reputable multi national forwarder
- Salary range from $65,000 - $120,000
