Georgiou are offering an exciting new opportunity for an Apprentice Construction Worker to join our infrastructure team, commencing in mid-October 2025. Earn while you learn within our structured apprenticeship program, attend Industry leading training and gain the on the job skills and knowledge required for a successful career in the Civil Construction industry with a Cert III in Civil Construction.

The Civil Construction apprenticeships are a 3 year apprenticeship that can be tailored to suit your preferred career path as either a Plant Operator or Drainer. Most of your training will be delivered on the job by experts in the field with additional training at an industry specialist Registered Training Organisation (RTO), which means the training is accredited and nationally recognised, resulting in a Trade Qualification.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible :

  • Current Drivers Licence and able to make daily arrangements for travel to work within Perth Metropolitan area
  • Available to start work in October this year
  • Proven commitment to safety
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve desired outcomes
  • Able to follow direction and undertake tasks as directed

About the role :

As an Apprentice Construction Worker, you'll work alongside experienced Georgiou employees on major infrastructure and civil projects. You will develop a practical range of skills, including :

  • Using tools, equipment, and machinery safely
  • Reading and following construction plans
  • Conduct daily safety checks to keep yourself and your team safe
  • Moving goods, materials and equipment around site to clear out work areas
  • General labouring (working in small crews)
