You will collaborate closely with System Engineers and cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

You should be a proactive self-starter committed to excellence.What You'll DoManage the execution, management, and delivery of customer projects, ensuring scope and schedule adherence.Create and maintain project plans, tracking tasks, milestones, risks, and issues.Manage multiple customer projects from initiation to completion.Lead customer communication and serve as the primary contact for inquiries and concerns.Track tasks for visibility and accountability, providing innovative solutions to challenges.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects within scope and timelines.Manage customer expectations and provide regular project updates.Coordinate reporting and utilize project data for forecasting and decision-making.Assist with deployments and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion.Gather customer feedback on new features and work with product teams for improvements.Collaborating WithEverseen's Sales, Product, and Engineering Teams, customers, and employees.Profile And Skills2-3 years of experience managing projects in a global matrix organization.Ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum tools like JIRA.Proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling changing requirements.Interest in Everseen's technology solutions and staying updated with industry developments.Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.Willingness to travel as needed; relevant degree preferred, Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred.About EverseenEverseen is a leader in vision AI, transforming retail operations globally.
