Your Opportunity

At IGO we are all about making a difference and our people are a key part of this. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to join our Exploration Team. In this important role you will deliver critical insights that support strategic decision making and help unlock the commercial potential of our exploration initiatives. You will also provide the insights that fuel discovery and support disciplined decision making across our portfolio.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Manager Portfolio & Commercial you will work closely with senior leaders to evaluate exploration projects tenement acquisitions divestments and capital allocation decisions. Your analysis will ensure commercial considerations are thoroughly assessed and integrated into our strategic direction.

Key Accountabilities include :

• Partner with internal stakeholders to conduct robust analysis that informs strategic decisions;
• Build review and maintain valuation models and other financial assessments for early stage exploration targets;
• Lead research and sensitivity analyses in collaboration with subject matter experts to evaluate commercial opportunities;
• Support disciplined capital management within the Exploration function;
• Prepare high quality presentations and reports for senior leadership and decision makers;
• Drive systematic and advanced analysis of exploration opportunities to assess potential value efficiently; and
• Support broader commercial development initiatives as required.
