• Retail Butcher Responsibilities
• Performing display window and pre-pack cutting tasks.
• Providing excellent customer service
• Breaking down pork, chicken, and lamb carcasses.
• Undertaking general butchering duties including mincing, sausage-making, and value-adding processes.
• Conducting general daily cleaning duties to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Wholesale Butcher Responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience in portioning and order cutting.
• skilled in pork carcass breakdown and trimming.
• Skilled in slicing and dicing primals for wholesale distribution.
• Performing general butchering tasks such as mincing, sausage-making, and crumbing.
• Fulfilling general daily cleaning duties to ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
