About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of the fund across North Queensland, building strong partnerships, driving new business and helping members take control of their financial future. This is more than just a job; it’s your chance to make a real difference while advancing your career in a values-led organisation that puts people first.

In this dynamic, community-facing role, you’ll be responsible for increasing membership and funds under management by fostering authentic relationships and delivering meaningful financial guidance. You’ll connect with members through a combination of one-on-one meetings, group presentations and community events, both in person and virtually.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive growth in membership and member engagement across North Queensland
  • Deliver impactful financial education through workshops, seminars and personalised advice sessions
  • Provide super health checks and tailored financial guidance
  • Identify and refer members with complex needs to internal financial advisory teams
  • Represent the fund at employer sites, community events and industry engagements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute innovative member growth and retention strategies

What You’ll Bring

  • RG146 Superannuation Certification & Diploma of Financial Services
  • JP qualification (highly regarded)
  • 1–3+ years of experience in financial services, customer engagement, or business development, ideally within superannuation or financial advice
  • A passion for educating and empowering members to make confident financial decisions
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously and meet targets
  • Strong knowledge of superannuation legislation, products and industry trends
  • Willingness to travel across the region and work flexibly as needed
  • A valid, full driver's license
