The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a pivotal support role. As Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities. You'll be the go-to person for coordination, communication, and executive support—helping drive efficiency, organisation, and strategic progress across the business.

Key Responsibilities As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Your responsibilities will include :
Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director and leadership team. Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and ensure follow-up on action items. Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents with accuracy and professionalism. Act as a key liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders. Support strategic initiatives through project tracking, research, and briefing preparation. Maintain and improve business systems and processes for operational efficiency. Contribute to internal reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Champion a collaborative, professional culture and support continuous improvement. About You You are a proactive, organised, and resourceful professional with a passion for learning and driving business performance. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being a central team member, involved in all facets of the business.
Key Experience & Skills : Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to grow with the business. Diploma in Business Administration or relevant qualification preferred. Experience in residential construction or property development is highly regarded.
