Water Treatment Service Technician

• Service Technician
• to join our team.
• Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on various water treatment systems, including UV & RO systems and similar technologies.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and technical support.
• Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to prevent downtime and optimize system performance.
• Provide on-site training to clients on system operations and maintenance.
• Loading / Unloading of water treatment equipment.
• Willingness to travel to regional Victoria when required.
• Skills and Qualifications
• Knowledge of UV & RO systems, disinfection systems, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Be comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift license is an advantage but not essential.
• Must be able to commit to the above Monday to Friday hours with regional travel.
• Must have basic hand and power tool experience.
• Must be physically fit and not afraid to work in the elements.
