Heavy Diesel Fitter

Due to continued growth we're on the lookout for a qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter to work at our workshop based in Forest Glen, Sunshine Coast.

The role involves major overhauls on our fleet of over 600 heavy earth moving machinery. The position is suited to individuals with either quarry, civil, mining or a forestry background, with experience working on all types of machinery.

This is a full-time permanent position, working hours will be Monday – Thursday from 06 : 30am to 5 : 00pm, Fridays from 06 : 30am to 4 : 00pm and Saturdays 06 : 00am to 12 : 00pm (as required).

An ideal opportunity for candidates local, or looking to relocate to, the Sunshine Coast. Relocation assistance can be provided to the successful individual.

About You

Heavy Diesel Trade Certificate (essential) Post trade experience on mobile plant (excavators, dump trucks, dozers, graders etc.) (essential) Experience with Caterpillar SIS 2.0 and ET Hydraulic diagnostics - Essential Electrical diagnostics - Desirable Self-driven, reliable, able to work autonomously and as part of a team Hold a Drivers Licence (heavy vehicle licence will be highly regarded)
