Job Description

Our Concierge team is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating the smooth guest arrival and departure experience, as well as providing friendly and knowledgeable service to all hotel visitors.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager with regular access to the Hotel Manager, the Chief Concierge will lead a team of passionate porters & valets to ensure all guests are provided with a personalized and memorable experience.

What the role is all about :

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Concierge Department
• Leading and developing a passionate guest-focused team
• Providing exceptional customer service in all guest interactions
• Providing recommendations and directions to hotel guests and visitors
• Driving and parking cars as required
