    • As a

    • Client Coordinator & Administration Legend,
    • you will be responsible for the day-to-day admin, reception and job scheduling of between 3 & 6 clients, depending on their size and requirements.
    • Personal Assistant
    • Administration Support to our Director and team leaders
    • Build & retain relationships with all clients
    • Reception
    • Services - answering & managing all incoming calls, as well as making outgoing calls
    • Job Management
    • Processing purchase orders,
    • scheduling jobs
    • in a job management software, communicating with our clients' clients, processing and following up quotes & invoices, following all checklists and processes
    • Skills Required
    • A positive attitude and
    • BRILLIANT phone manner
    • Data Entry with
    • high attention to detail
    • a MUST) & the ability to
    • Multi-Task
    • Knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
    • High-level customer service
    • Ability to pick up new computer systems and software
    • Enthusiastic, Flexible and not afraid to get your hands dirty or learn new skills with a varied workload
    • Take pride in your work and understand the importance of working to a high standard to support our clients

    • Knowledge of
    • ServiceM8, SimPro or other Job Management software
    • Experience Job Scheduling

    • Knowledge of writing Business Systems, Procedures and Checklists
