As a
- Client Coordinator & Administration Legend,
- you will be responsible for the day-to-day admin, reception and job scheduling of between 3 & 6 clients, depending on their size and requirements.
- Personal Assistant
- Administration Support to our Director and team leaders
- Build & retain relationships with all clients
- Reception
- Services - answering & managing all incoming calls, as well as making outgoing calls
- Job Management
- Processing purchase orders,
- scheduling jobs
- in a job management software, communicating with our clients' clients, processing and following up quotes & invoices, following all checklists and processes
- Skills Required

- BRILLIANT phone manner
- Data Entry with
- high attention to detail

- Knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
- High-level customer service
- Ability to pick up new computer systems and software
