WATER QUALITY PLATFORM The Water Quality ('WQ') Platform, part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions segment, is a global leader in water analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems for various water types in multiple applications. ROLE DESCRIPTION The primary responsibility of this role is to provide repair and preventative maintenance services for all Hach Process and Laboratory Analytical equipment, while promoting customer satisfaction and expanding maintenance contracts across the region.

What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities) Use ISO work instructions to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on all Hach equipment.

Collaborate with the Service team and sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide phone support to customers during visits and travel.

Work independently with motivation and initiative.

Promote service agreements and new equipment upgrades.

Determine billing amounts within established charges.

Submit accurate service reports affecting billing, inventory, and equipment history.

Travel extensively within New South Wales and interstate.

Other Non-Essential Functions : Work as part of the team to meet objectives.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications) Trade certificate or 5+ years' experience in instrumentation or process control systems.

Restricted or Full Electrical License preferred.

Proficiency in PM, diagnostics, and repair of core products.

Experience in a commercial service role with KPI monitoring preferred.

Legal right to work in Australia required.

Environment : Combination of office and field service work.

Fieldwork involves customer sites and physical activities like lifting.
